Jessica leads the Customer Success team for Teach to One by providing initial and continuing support to all users, school leaders and district partners. Jessica engages with these stakeholders to establish strong relationships and to gain an understanding of their experiences with Teach to One.  

Prior to joining New Classrooms in 2014, she worked with School of One through the New York City Department of Education. Jessica started her career as a Special Education teacher in the Bronx as a New York City Teaching Fellow for four years before beginning her doctorate in Special Education at Boston University. She received a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Mercy College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington & Lee University. Jessica lives in New York City with her husband and three daughters.
